Meet the Chef 

Richard Hyman, Executive Chef at Old Arch Restaurant comes to us with a wide variety of experiences. He started at the Beverly Hills Hotel and has worked with several renowned chefs in Los Angeles, Albuquerque, New York and Florida. He is a certified Sushi chef and served as an instructor at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. In his career he has cooked for Harry Belafonte, Movie Directors Martin Scorcese and Francis Ford Coppolla, the cast of �Friends�, and Queen Elizabeth II.

Chef Richard has an exceptional palate and is skilled at blending flavors. He enjoys working with and teaching his team of chefs in the kitchen what he has learned about preparing fine food.

Unfortunately, brunch was a bust for us so we are no longer going to be serving Sunday Brunch.  We are sorry if you were planning to join us in the future.

Halibut season is almost back!! The first boats in Alaska go out on Saturday March 8th so look for fresh halibut to be here on Wednesday!

I just baught some pink Barchetta for the coming weekend.  Great snapper fish from the Mediterranean.  Just gotta figure out what I'm gonna do with it.  Any ideas?  E-mail me if you do.
